WARDOGS Weapons & Loadouts Guide
WARDOGS lets players purchase custom loadouts for each life. The useful question is not simply which weapon is strongest, but which combination helps your team reach and hold the current Control Zone.
Build around range, task and cost
Start by identifying where you expect to fight, what the team is missing and how much cash you can safely commit. A close objective push, long sightline, transport run and defensive build each demand a different setup.
- Infantry pressure: prioritize reliable handling and enough utility to enter or hold structures.
- Overwatch: choose range and concealment only when your position still influences the objective.
- Support and logistics: reserve capacity for revives, transport, construction or other team needs.
- Anti-vehicle response: buy specialist equipment when armour is shaping the fight, not by default every life.
Separate confirmed gear from speculation
Official material specifically mentions rocket launchers, ghillie-suit sniping, a wide selection of weapons, equipment and vehicles, but it does not provide a complete named weapon list or final statistics.
A responsible pre-release guide should not invent damage values, recoil rankings or a definitive meta. Those details need the live build and may change during Early Access.
Adapt after every redeployment
Randomized Control Zones and destructible terrain make static loadout advice fragile. Reconsider your range, mobility and anti-vehicle needs whenever the fight moves or buildings are opened up.
Cash is persistent, so a cheaper answer that keeps you effective can be better than purchasing the theoretical best item for every life.
